1. Purposes of Collection and Processing of Personal Data

In order to provide you with better quality health services, your personal data may be obtained verbally, in writing or electronically through our call center, website, mobile applications, physical applications and similar channels.

The main data processed in this process are:

Credentials Name, surname, Turkish ID number, passport/ID number if you are a foreign national, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, photocopy of identity document.

Your collected data may be shared with the relevant public institutions and organizations, especially the Ministry of Health, SSI, private insurance companies, judicial and law enforcement authorities, cooperating health institutions, suppliers, third parties and business partners, only to the extent permitted by law and for the purposes stated above.
